Marquity, the marketing club at MDI is a platform for students to come together and take their academic interests beyond classrooms. Through its student based initiatives, Marquity aims to develop a deeper understanding of a wide range of marketing subjects.

Some of the activities we organize are topic presentations, through the initative “Market Share”, branding exercises, paper presentations, industry interaction through seminars, workshops and comprehensive summers and finals preparation series. We also publish BookMarq, the annual Marketing magazine at MDI. This year, BookMarq will be launched across 50 b-schools of the country, with a viewership of over 15000 readers.

Marquity recognizes that its target audience, marketing students, spend a considerable portion of their time online. To reach out to them, we actively engage in social media through our facebook page, website and blogs.

Recently, we have taken steps towards developing our consulting arm by partnering with start-ups such as DSyn and Brandandme.com
